Kaslu (“we”, “us”) runs kasluwork.com.au. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and, if you give it, your venue name. We also record the page you signed up from and the campaign or site that referred you.
• Security: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop repeated automated sign-ups. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ups come from people; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How we use it

To tell you when Kaslu is ready for your venue and to send occasional product updates. We don’t sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.

Who processes it

Emails are sent through Resend (United States). The site is served through Cloudflare. These providers may store data outside Australia.

Your choices

Every email has a way to unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to make a complaint, email us at hello@kasluwork.com.au. If you’re not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
